Manicure is a cosmetic beauty treatment for hands including the fingernails. A standard manicure enterprises of filing, shaping, and polishing of the nails. After this, exfoliating crystals are then massaged into hands and arms by wrapping hands in warm towels to allow the crystals to penetrate.
Later on, when the warm towels are removed, hands are wiped with warm moist towel, followed by applying and massaging lotion into hands and arms. The whole steps are then summarized by a complete manicure just like in a standard manicure. If the whole process is done right, provided that hands are used cautiously, the resulting nails after this treatment can last up to ten days or even more. Many people nowadays spare their time to have a spa manicure because beautiful and well groomed hands make a positive impression on others while at the same time also increase confidence.
