The feet are exposed to lot of dirt and to the harmful rays of the sun and this in turn leads to dull and lifeless look of the feet.So PEDICURE is a must for everyone.The feet must be soaked in lukewarm water (not too hot) in which soap solution and a bleaching agent is added.This should be done for five to ten minutes.Then you must scrub the feet with a scrubber or a pumice stone.The feet must be dried and massaged with a rich cream.You will feel very relaxed after a pedicure.
In MANICURE one must repeat the same procedure as above with the palms.The cuticles must be given massage with a cuticle cream. They must then be pushed back softly and this helps in keeping the nails strong.
1) A teaspoon(5ml) of glycerine,1/2 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of rose water.
2) A teaspoon of sunflower oil,1/4 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of lime juice.
3) 4 Teaspoons of fresh cream,1 teaspoon of rice flour and 1/2 teaspoon of yogurt.
4) 6 Almonds soaked over night and ground to a thick paste,1 teaspoon coconut oil.
5)Mashed papaya or any fruit pulp and a teaspoon of gram flour and 1/2 teaspoon of olive oil.
These are the various scrubbing recipe that I have given and you can choose any of the above according to your own taste.You must keep in mind that you must not scrub any area more than 15 minutes.The next thing you must keep in mind is that you must moisturise your skin with plenty of moisturiser as the skin will be dry after scrubbing.
